RETURN POLICY
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence of the damage. Make sure to make the proper unboxing video of the order. We will replace the damaged product or offer an exchange of equal value.

- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

We regret to inform you that refunds are not available. However, if your product meets the criteria outlined in our return policy,
we will gladly offer an exchange or replacement within 2 to 5 business days.
